Street Performers - Balboa Park San Diego

I found these street performers under one of the arcades in Balboa Park this evening, just a few minutes before sunset.  The low but very bright sunlight lit them up like a spotlight in the otherwise very dark area.  I don't know how to describe their music or their act, other than that it is quite distinctive.
